I have a broken part that was connected on the optic drive of the super slim it is in the photo I provided and I would like to know where I could get it and replace it, also would I need to fully replace my drive for it to read and run discs now or is there a fix? This all happened since I opened and cleaned up all the cached up dust inside.

The disc drive sensor switch cable was the issue. The console now runs good.

if the drive worked before you cleaned your console, then there is no reason it will not work after you replace the broken part. Use these guides for a drive replacement if it is necessary PlayStation 3 Super Slim and not sure where your broken part comes from. It will help if you can post some images of where it connects to. Looks like this part
which would be the disc drive sensor switch. Available at places like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sony-PS3-Super-... and others I am sure. The sony part number is visible on your image. 1-886-930-31

Yes So I did try to reconnect that part and I noticed the optical drive would start to move a bit but it would not turn or spin the disc. Does that mean I need a new wire that's not broken and that will possibly fix my problem?
I'd definitely start with that.
Ok will do ill update if that doesn't fix it. Also would the wire from the power on and off work with this disc drive sensor? Both are 5 prong on one end?
If you got a spare one you can try. Otherwise you are just switching problems without resolving issues.
Yeah I'm buying a new one it seems the same as the power on and off switch wire as well but until the new one comes in I can't use it.

I believe the cord that is broken seems to have something to do with the entire optical system it's called the door sensor.

Can you provide a better photo? I have a hunch I know what that part is, but I'm not certain and wouldn't want to misguide you.

It's the disc drive sensor.
