OWC Thunderbolt 2 Dock issues

I have an OWC Thunderbolt 2 dock that I damaged after unwittingly installing a Firewire 800 cable in upside down (discovered the plug was defective on one end so the “keying” didn’t prevent this). On opening the dock, I see a blown ESD19 (right next to C25). I haven’t seen any other damaged components yet…

How can I figure out and get what is needed to replace the blown component or what it might cost to get it serviced?

[I should add that OWC hasn’t been any help even though it was their own products that caused the problems. They did eventually offer to honor their warranty on the older Firewire / USB 2.0 drive enclosure and defective Firewire cable that caused this damage, but I had already replaced that drive enclosure with a newer USB 3.0 enclosure because they were taking so long to respond. Without fixing the Firewire port on the OWC Thunderbolt 2 Dock, I didn’t have any reason to pursue getting the older drive enclosure warrantied.]
