PS4s powers off and now new one is too

I was playing ps4 one night and during my game it sounded and looked like the power went off, but tv remained on. PS4 would not turn back on, would just beep and blue light and then power off. After looking online I unplugged it, plugged it back in. Same issue would happen. Then the next day it seemed to work fine, until a couple hours and then the same issue. I ended up taking it apart, there was little to no dust, thermal paste wasn’t dry, but still cleaned and replaced it. Still had the same issue. The PS4 was older so I thought I’d just upgrade. I bought a new one, transferred my account and began playing. Maybe an hour or two in sounded like the power went out, new PS4 turned off. I tried plugging it into a different outlet and different tv on a separate floor of the house and it wouldn’t stay on. I’m not sure if that is because it had already been fried a bit or what.

Any ideas?
