Transparent Vertical Grey Bar on TV

I have a transparent vertical grey bar on my TV screen, shown in the picture. The bar is there on all the various modes and appears as soon as the TV is turned on. I checked the various cables and all seem to be connected correctly. Any ideas on how to fix and/or what part I need to order?
