I agree with Cartersville, this is a brand new top-of-the-line, flagship device. You shouldn’t be wasting any time trying to troubleshoot this yourself (unless it is physically damaged, in which case Apple could refuse warranty).
If the device is physically damaged or came into contact with water, then give us the specifics so we can give you more advice.

Hi if this is happening I would take it to the apple store for replacement.
