Hi,
Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to inspect the charge port to see if it is obstructed with lint and dust etc., and that all the pins are there and are straight and parallel with each other.
If it appears to be blocked, try using a vacuum cleaner to remove the obstruction. Do not use a metal pin to clear the port as you may damage the pins or cause problems in the phone. If necessary, use a sharpened, wooden toothpick to gently clear the obstruction
Have you tried a different compatible charger, charger cord or connecting the phone to a computer to see if it charges at all, in case the charger or charger cord is faulty and the battery has been drained?
Given how new the phone is, check the manufacturer’s warranty as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
