I am using 6s plus my mobile data only works for 5 minutes and then it stops and when i toggle my airplane mode from off to on again it starts and works for 5 mins and then it stops what could be the reason please help

I got exactly the same issue with a 6s I had been given to repair some time back, but I have to admit that I regrettably had to decline it after some testing…it’s not a typical 6s failure and when a component gives troubles just after a certain amount of time is very hard to diagnose even with proper tools. I hope someone more knowledgeable could give some insight, but consider the time/reward ratio sometimes fights against a component level repair.

you may like to check your network coverage or outages. Depending on where you are in the world you may just be unlucky enough to be in areas with poor 3g coverage. Ask friends/colleagues if they are having the same problem?
If it is not the sim, not the network coverage then it may be the antenna needs replacing

Mobile data is provided by the mobile operator with whom you have a contract, ask first.
