Why is my right side louder than my left?

As stupid as I may sound, I recently threw my HyperX Cloud Stinger against my bed and when I plugged them back in, my left side wasn’t the same, the left side makes a cutting out noise every time the volume gets too loud, the right side is completely normal, but since the sound isn’t balanced, it makes it nearly impossible to hear anyone or anything that approaches me from the left ingame. What can be the cause of this, and what cable is it that I need to replace? Thanks
