We just rearranged our living room, and after we plugged everything back in, the HDMI3 ARC Input no longer recognizes any device we connect to it. All other HDMI inputs work. We’ve swapped cables and devices around to see if that would solve the issue. No luck. No matter what device we connect, it is not recognized. We get the “No Signal” error on the TV screen.

If this does not change anything, technical assistance in similar cases replaces the motherboard ... you should try something like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/BN94-12641F-Sam...
