Display stays White because the off and on button and it goes off for a few seconds and comes right back on his face white

brandon talkiongton your question is a bit confusing. Please clarify what you mean by "because the off and on button and it goes off for a few seconds ". A white screen is commonly caused by the backlight turning on but your display is not receiving a video signal. Your printer in an ENVY5660?
