The washer does not fill, and water goes onto the floor and none in the washer. It does not leak when it is not trying to fill.

gary.curry1955 pull the washer aways from the wall and check the supply hoses as well as the water inlet valve supply. Sounds like your water inlet supply is leaking since all the water for the washer comes from there. for more detailed help we would need to know your exact model number. Check this video for an idea about the valve
