Camry radiator cooling fan only runs a few seconds while AC is on.

It's toyota camry 2004 XLE 4 cylinder. I think it has a radiator cooling fan issue. If I turn on the AC, the fan starts for a few seconds and stops, then repeat starting shortly and stopping every 30s . Not sure you have any idea what might be wrong.
