My car jerks forward when I come to a stop in gear

When I start the car and im in park the car continues to rev repeatedly and when Im in gear and come to stop the car will lurch forward if i don't apply brake firmly. As long as im going fast there seems to be no problem but anytime im going below about 10mph it jerks. The codes i received were

P0122 throttl/pedal position

P1133 check manual

P0302 cylinder 2 misfire

P0335 crankshaft position

P1406 check manual

P0507 idle air control system
