Upgrade Android OS Ice Cream Sandwich to OS Kitkat.

Hi,

is it possible to manually upgrade the XPeria Mk16i OS from Android Ice Cream Sandwich to Kitkat (ROM)? And if yes: what is the recommended procedure?
