Phone randomly restarts and WiFi Not working (No networks detected)

Ok so I was having boot loop issues with this phone until by one miracle it managed to start up somehow. When it did I went into the settings and realized the WiFi had no longer worked. Then I realized there was no MAC address for the wireless and it wasn’t detecting any wireless networks. Then all of a sudden it reboots again for no reason. It just keeps rebooting, goes to the home screen, then about 2 minutes later it reboots again. Is there anything that can be done to save this phone?
