Dash lights come on while lights are off?

So I recently put in am after market radio with subs in my car and everything else is stock to the bone, I didn't mess with any other wires excpet for the radio wires, and I wired it in directly , when my lights are in the off position, my dash lights and my air control lights are on, and when I turn my lights to the on position for nighttime, my dash lights and air control lights are off, also when i don't have they key on at all I can turn my lights to the on position and the radio and the car charger turns i
