1 Is the gram 17 the same internal layout as the 15.6?
I want to expand the ddr4 memory on my LG Gram 17. Will it accept a 32 GB set along with the soldered 8 GB memory?

According to https://jaychen.dev/2019-lg-gram-17-stor..., yes, you can swap in a 32GiB sodimm as well as add a second SSD!
