Camera screen half black (vertical)

Suddenly the camera on my mobile is only using the top half of the screen (turning it sideways uses the whole screen, so it's not a screen issue. Screen also full everywhere else). I've tried changing the picture size but it does nothing.

I cant afford a new mobile - help!
