My nook says it is on Wi-Fi but it won’t connect
My note says it’s on Wi-Fi but it will not connect to my emails my apps it won’t even let me buy a book because it says it’s not cute there is no network what can I do my son gave me this he’s passed and I love it I want it fixed

Valarie, do you have any other devices connected to the same WiFi network? Are they working okay? Are you connected to the correct WiFi network on your tablet? Have you tried to reset your router? Have you tried rebooting your tablet?

Tried all of the above. Little lock doesn't show unlocked. Even though reads connected to internet
