2016 MacBook Pro, where are keycap clasps for down arrow key?

I have a bit of debris stuck under the down arrow key so i want to remove it for cleaning. For most keycaps on the Butterfly Keyboard, there is a clasp along the top and a hinge at the bottom, so one must lift the top part of the key, otherwise it will break the hinge, permanently damaging the keycap. The clasp is at the bottom for the 2012 MacBook Pro with the hinge at the top, but I can’t seem to find this info for the 2016 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, so I want to confirm before I try anything?

Also, my keyboard has already been serviced with a new keyboard, which supposedly has a new polymer under the keyboard. Will this interfere with anything?
