Black screen, no sound or vibration

Hello. My 4s has Black screen, no sound or vibration, but is recognized on PC.

I changed the motherboard and everything worked, but when i put the battery back and closed it it shows no signs of life. On my pc is recognized, itunes too. Sorry for my bad English.
