iPhone 11 bad ram management

Hey I recently got a brand new iPhone 11 and noticed that on iOS 13.3 the ram management is pretty meh. Apps restart from time to time, but if I open a ram heavy app like Camera they close very often. I just wanted to know if anybody else is having those issues and why it could be happening. I read some articles that apple had “fixed” this issue on the iPhone 11 on iOS 13.2
