The Tone keeps turning on. I've been instructed to remove the speaker.
How do I remove this speaker?

Have you tried pressing the Tone button?

We have used tried that several times. But at random it turns itself back on. I have even tried taping over all over the buttons to prevent anyone from pressing it.
