My Keurig coffee brewer is descaling very slowly.

My Keurig brewer stopped altogether. I have started using cleaning vinegar full strength, but the amount of water/vinegar discharged is very little. And this has gone on for quite a few repeats. Is this case hopeless — or should I continue?
