PS4 Pulls Disk In Slowly And Wont Eject Disk!

So i had a disk stuck in the PS4. Decided to open it up and remove the disk. Put it back together and when i try to put the disk in the PS4 pulls it in slowly and choppy, then wont eject the disk. It’s almost like the rollers are weak or something but i don’t know if thats the case. Please Help! I’m also going to include some photos and videos for reference!
