Frozen on reset that gets me to a frozen picture that came on the tv

TV Frozen in reset mode

Screen says

Press channel up for store mode

Down for home mode

I press down and nothing happens

I finally after much time get it to a set picture that came on the tv

Search bar only goes one tenth length and it's frozen from one picture to the next
