There was a loud pop and then the screen went black. Sound still works. All of the capacitors that I can see look like they’re in good condition. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

kwelwitness23 we need to make sure that your TV is a Samsung HL56A650C1FXZA . If so it could be an issue with either the DLP chip or the projection lamp. I’d go with a new lamp first.
