I will be doing anything on my phone, and it will randomly just restart. I have only noticed this twice in the last two weeks. The first time I thought I had just held down the power button for so long. The second time I was just on Google Chrome.

Bad battery, software or hardware issue. Could be either of these. How long have you had this device? More than a few years? Very likely then it could be due to a bad battery.
