PS4 CE-35888-2 during System install

I took my ps4 to a technician because I had no video output. He changed the integrated video chip, but was unable to reintall system.

When trying to install the system from the usb, I receive the CE-35888-2 error.(https://imgur.com/a/aZXaaHZ )

For What I understand this is a problem asociated to the Disc Drive (which was working perfectly before the technician replaced the HDMI). In theory, the disc drive was not replaced.

On the other hand, all options in the safe mode are disabled but option 7.

Has someone faced a similar situation?
