No sound from my skullcandy crusher wireless headphones

Why are my Skullcandy Crusher wireless headphones suddenly without any sound however they do still connect and pair to my Bluetooth but unless I use an audio cord I have no sound?…

Help please

Having the same issue, I’ve also noticed when this problem occurs they have horrible quality using the AUX cable. I’ve tried the reset bluetooth holding the “+” and “-” for few seconds, but this didn’t change a thing. The next day they worked fine again and then another day later they were bugged once again. Wonder if you found any solution already?

I'm having the same problem.. it just happened all of a sudden. I also have a Samsung phone.
