I made a smoothie. Lifted the cup and bottom off the base. Went to unscrew the top so I can drink my smoothie, but it is really stuck. I can’t get to turn at all. Maybe I added too much ice. Need help on unscrewing clear plastic cup from the gray part with the blades.

Start with unplugging the device from the wall.
Then wash hot water from the tap over the area where the threads are located.
Try to NOT get any water somewhere it may get into the device since that may damage components on the inside.
I don’t know if it will help with this, but it’s worth a try. I usually work for most things like jars, bottles etc.
