My laptop still uses speakers even when headphones plugged in

So, Basiclly this laptop i tried everything i dont know what seems wrong every time i plug my headphones it plays on headphones and speakers i tried all youtube tutorials and everything i tried to like download some realtek hd audio manager but still nothing this could really help me please, i need to know how to fix it.
