Reuse of broken mac displays? Who has experience?

I was wondering if anybody has experience of selling broken macbook screens for refurb? Many companies purchase iPhone screens for refurbishments but I have not found any info on macbook screens. Any options for retail store to get a few bucks for what is otherwise waste?
