Black screen, flashing red LED. Lights through screwholes.

Had some issues with the power on my street and afterwards my TV stopped working.

If you plug it into the mains the Red LED flashes like dot dot pause repeat.

I've taken the back panel off and can see lights coming through the screw holes.

Not sure what I should check next?
