Loss power and eject button and disc drive

I replaced the thermal pads in my ps4 because my fan has been loud and overworking. When I put it back together my power and eject button both don’t work and the disc drive doesn’t take discs. It is now basically a digital ps4. What may be the problem that would cause all 3 things to not function. It is the original ps4.
