Power turns off when I connect power supply to motherboard

As you can see in the video, the moment I connect these two, power goes out. It was working fine, then I opened and cleaned every part of the console, I put it back together and the issue appeared. I cleaned the power supply and the motherboard with spirit. Any ideas?
