RPM fluctuating while driving , bogging .

Hello all.

I have a 2010 infinity G37x and I’ve just noticed that a few times when I’m coming to a stop my RPM shoots up out of no where , also when I’m driving at a constant speed if feels like my car is bogging and the RPM is fluctuating . Any ideas what it could be???
