samsung j5 is stuck on boot screen and keeps vibrating every few sec

my samsung j5 kept saying various apps have stopped.

did a cache wipe and rebooted and problem still persisted,

did a factory reset and now the phone is stuck on the samsung logo and vibrates every few seconds… cannot even reboot in safemode…

please help
