Broken colours and dark image

Hello!

I have SAMSUNG LE32S81B TV. And there is something broken with colours. I checked all connections(also internals) everythink is fine.

I ran lcd test and there is some images.

Huge black spot in gradient.

How to fix it? Which components must be checked or replaced?
