Philip Gibson how long does it stay black? Does it immediately turn back on? Do you keep the sounds while the picture turns black? What have you checked? Disconnected any peripheral like Firestick, cable/sat box? Tried the other input sources and did that make a difference? Your TV is a LG 60LM6450?
