How to fix chipping plastic section of the ice skates

I have stored my skate shoe in the store for almost 10 years. The chipped plastic part could also made worse by the fact that I live in a tropical country with very high humidity.

The slate blade are all in perfect condition. Only the plastic part of the outer skate is chipping.

Any recommended fix?
