Cannot click on touchpad - only tap-to-click work. Please help!

Hi! I have an HP Chromebook 11-v010nr. The touchpad does not respond to clicks - I can only use tap-to-click. I suspect that it is dirty in there and might need to clean it. If so, how would I open it up? If I were to open it up, would I need to replace any parts? Like the non-slip rubber at the bottom of the Chromebook?

Is there any ways that I can fix it without opening it up?

I would appreciate videos and links to purchasing parts.

Yes it makes clicking noise. Not sure if the inside is dirty that’s why it doesn’t respond. Haven’t updated driver. Not sure how to update driver.

@Mike Lim Try opening that up on your pc : https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/lap...

@creazyp154 this is what the website said

We were unable to find drivers for your product.

Try manually selecting your operating system. If your operating system is not listed then HP may not provide driver support for your product with that operating system.

Ok so it could be an issue with gunk in the sides of the touchpad, try getting rubbing alcohol and a Qtip, or some very small pliers to clean around the outside, if not then you would have to open it up.
