Upgrading to lion via Terminal Line Change

I have a 17" Powerbook Pro Model A1151 Serial noW86204KFTHY that I would like to install Lion on.

Unfortunatley this doesn't seem possible unless major work is carried out changing motherboards and other items, but the one answer came that it could be done by a terminal line change, like the idiot I am I seem to have lost the thread to this fine fellow and I have no clue as to what or where to do this. Can anyone enlighten me, first question, second question if the answer is no.........anyone wanna buy laptop
