Hello, my Dyson v7 motorhead isn’t charging. After pressing the button to use it, the vacuum would flash a red light at the bottom for a short while before shutting off. The same happens upon plugging it in. Does anyone know what is going on, if so how do you fix it?

first check if its over 12 blinks or less if more its the battery if less its the motor so if its more you need to replace the battery if less search it up

Hello, I changed the battery but the same problem occurred a second time, what could it be? Same red flash, new battery
Sounds like you probably need a new battery. If it flashes red 10 or fewer times, the Dyson website says you need to contact them. But if it flashes red 12 or more times, then it's just a dead battery. Order a battery here on iFixit. I'm waiting for mine to arrive tomorrow.
