How do I get back DSi Browser?

The DSi Shop has closed and I have no way to get my DSi Browser. I went into settings and selected “Delete app data” for it thinking it would reset it to it’s defaults, however this deleted the entire app and I cannot get it back. I really don’t want to reset my DSi to factory defaults because I don’t have an SD card to save old pictures to. Anyone have ideas that don’t have to do with resetting? Thank you.
