Ps4 Controller completely dead?

Hallo,

I have a problem. My ps4 controller is completely dead. I tried to change the battery and the jack for charging but it still didn't work. But when I connect the controller via usb to my pc it is recognized by my pc and all the buttons work well but the LED won't light up. I tried to connect it via usb to my ps4 but nothing happened. So nothing works the only thing is when I connect it to the pc via USB it recognizes the controller and the buttons work but the LED won't light up.
