I ruined the antenna connection on the mother board, any suggestions?

While trying to reassemble my iPhone (reconnecting the antenna wire) I damaged the area that holds the antenna wire and now I can't get it to stay on. It's the main antenna so I no longer get phone service. Wifi works fine but no phone. What do I do now? Can I solder it? Any suggestions?

I wasn't able to fix it. I don't think I have the skill level to solder it myself this is not an option for me. My iPhone now sits in a drawer.

Indeed the best (and only option in my opinion) is to buy a replacement connector and solder it on. If you have some soldering skills it is not too hard a job.

I'm having difficulties to find one on EBAY. If you are realy desperate to find one please let me know and I might be able to get one for you.

Did the connector on the board get damaged or did the part that plugs in get damaged? If the part on the board is damaged and it's not getting a signal, then you would want to find the part and solder it back (being careful not to nick the other components?

Thanks
