Customer tried to change the screen after a fall, tried with my replacement parts, still no image, connector seems ok, diode mode readings seem ok. checked for LSD, no evidence. Phone boots ok, everything works apart from screen.
What could it be?

hello Marco,
turn on thinking :-) if the phone works and you are sure of it. In addition, the measurements also seem okay to you, think more. Every electronics engineer knows that measurement in the diode mode does not guarantee the correct signal in terms of its power and value. If you are sure that the screen is working (I advise you to check it again), the screen is probably not efficientlly powered or has 0V from the motherboard. This is an electrical device - powered by electricity, not resistance. This is a very common mistake of beginners.

We will need some more info. Have you checked it is not the backlight circuit? Depending on USB restrictions will your PC recognise it? What is the reading on the USB ammeter?
