What is the blinking white input plug

I replaced the thermal paste on the laptop and I was safe and disconnected the battery once I put the battery back in the charge light came on and was blinking white

Here’s the LED codes from HP:

So as you will see you have to count the blinks.

  1. First column for the number of blinks.
  2. Second column for location.
  3. Third for component being checked
  4. Fourth for error condition.
