iPhone Xr Cameras not working even after replacement

Hello, I have an iPhone Xr that a client accidentally took into the ocean. Upon arrival, the phone was completely dead with no signs of life. But after a bath in the ultrasonic cleaner, and thorough cleaning of each component, I was able to get the phone to boot.

Face ID isn’t working, but I have accepted that it likely won’t ever work again. At least with my skill level. Also not working are both the front and rear cameras. Even after replacement and a software update / restore. Neither of the cameras will work. Does anyone know why this could be? Is it fixable without micro soldering? Thanks in advance for your help!
